We are excited to share the launch of our brand new website for 2026 and beyond!

Over the past few months we've been hard at work behind the scenes to bring our website up to modern standards for 2026 and beyond.
To everyone who visited the "Soundcraft Hi-Fi Direct" website last year - thank you. You unknowingly had a hand in testing an early version of our new site. Thanks to you, it is now ready for prime time!
Over the past few years we've heard plenty of feedback that our website looked and felt a little bit clunky and dated. While on desktop it worked pretty well, the mobile side of things left a lot to be desired. For example, on the old mobile site you couldn't filter product types or brands at all. Nowadays the majority of website traffic is made through mobile devices so we knew this was an area we needed to improve on.
So we went into this project with the goal of creating a website that looks and feels contemporary, is easier to navigate, faster to load and optimised for both desktop and mobile devices.
Some of you may remember our checkout page could also be a little buggy too. A checkout process that ends in an error message doesn't exactly inspire confidence.
Our new site is built on Shopify and utilises Shopify checkout making the checkout process easier than ever! We now fully support Apple Pay and Google Pay (We know no-one likes typing in their full address!) as well as finance options from Klarna and Novuna alongside the more traditional card and PayPal payment methods.
Numerous other features and improvements have been added all over but I won't bore you and list them here. The idea is you don't notice much other than your experience being easier than ever!
Almost everything from our old site has been transferred over from product listings to legacy blog posts.
Please note: Some of the old blogs may have strange looking layouts - an unfortunate side effect of moving platforms. All the information is intact however!
We will be resuming our more regular cadence of blog posts and emails featuring news and offers shortly. If you're new here (firstly - welcome!) and you'd like to receive emails from us, you can sign up here:
The website will continue to change and evolve over the next weeks, months and years.
If you do run into any bugs - please get in contact with us so we can squash them!
