Shipping policy

UK Delivery

We offer FREE, 2 day UK mainland delivery (from date of dispatch) on all orders £100.00 and over.

Orders under £100.00 will incur a delivery charge of £3.50.

Items will be shipped via either UPS (Larger items) or Royal Mail (Smaller items).

Delivery is also available outside of the UK mainland but may take an extra few days to be delivered.

Some oversized items (Example: Floorstanding Speakers) may take longer to reach you as we may need to use a different courier. We will contact you if this is the case.

We aim to ship your order the same day it is placed however it can take up to 2 days to dispatch you order.

 

Local Pickup

We offer "Click & Collect" on all items too. Often an item can be collected the same day that it is ordered so you can get your equipment faster! We will notify you either by phone or email when your order is ready for collection.

 

International Delivery

We offer international delivery on a case-by-case basis. This is because we are not permitted to sell some of our items outside of the UK.

If you require delivery outside of the UK, please get in contact with us and let us know what item(s) you are interested in and the delivery address.
We will aim to get back to you within 2 working days with a quote for shipping.
