This product cannot Wi-Fi connect with Generation 1 ART products, only Generation 2 or other AirPlay 2 and Chromecast speakers.

The warranty period starts from the date of purchase and covers you from manufacturing defects & unexpected faults through normal use. It does NOT cover you from accidental damage, damage caused by usage outside of product specifications or expected product wear and tear.
